Load every homepage file securely

Why this matters

A secure page can still request files over plain HTTP. Browsers may block these files, and unencrypted files can be changed in transit.

What to do

1. Check the image and file addresses in your homepage editor. Look for addresses starting with http://.
2. Change those addresses to https:// only after checking the files are available there. Replace or remove files that cannot be loaded securely.
3. What to tell your web developer: Please replace http:// addresses for scripts, stylesheets, frames and images with working HTTPS addresses. Scripts add behaviour; stylesheets control appearance; a frame displays another page inside yours. Check the page still works afterwards.

How to check the fix

Run the checker again and look for everything loading securely. Also check that images, menus and forms still work in your browser.
