Privacy
Siteworthy keeps no record of the website addresses you test or of their results. The check runs, the certificate is shown in your browser, and nothing is saved. There are no accounts, cookies or advertising trackers.
We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and doesn't identify you: it records which page was viewed (never the address you tested, which is removed before anything is sent), the site that linked here, and your browser, operating system, device type and country. Repeat visits on the same day are recognised only by a hash that resets every day.
To run a test, our server makes one ordinary visit to the address you enter (the homepage and any redirects) and looks up that domain's public DNS records. It never probes hidden pages, logs in, or sends anything to the site beyond a normal page request.
Our hosting provider keeps standard short-lived server logs (such as IP addresses and request times) to run and protect the service, under its own privacy policy. A share link contains the tested site's address and nothing else, so opening one puts that address in those logs like any web address; it runs a fresh test rather than showing a saved result.
The results are automated and informational. They are not a security audit or a guarantee that a site is safe.
