Why this matters

Structured data labels information so search engines can understand it. JSON-LD is a way to include those labels in page code. It can help search engines show business details.

What to do

1. Check that your business name and contact details on the homepage are accurate.
2. Ask for JSON-LD structured data describing your business, including its name and contact details. Use the same information customers can see on the page.
3. What to tell your web developer: Please add accurate business structured data in a script with type=application/ld+json. Check that the JSON-LD is valid and matches the visible business details.

How to check the fix

Run the checker again and look for a business details pass. Ask your developer to validate the contents separately; this check only finds a non-empty JSON-LD block and does not guarantee a particular search listing.
