A badge for your website

The badge says “Website checked by Siteworthy”. It links to a fresh, live test when someone opens it. It is not a certificate or guarantee, and it does not claim that your site passes.

Website checked by Siteworthy

What visitors can check

The image is static: it shows no score, date or live status. The link carries your website address and runs a new passive check each time it is opened. Results can change, and a test may be unavailable or rate limited. The badge itself never vouches for the site.

The test reads public information from the homepage, its connection and email records. It does not log in, submit forms or test payments, and cannot find every security problem.

How to add it

  1. Run a check of your site. A PASS or PASS WITH ADVISORIES result offers a “Get a badge for your site” button with HTML for your address.
  2. Copy the HTML into a custom HTML block in your website editor, or ask whoever maintains your site to add it.
  3. Publish the page, then follow the badge link to check it tests the right website.

This example uses example.co.uk. Replace that address with your own in the link and image description. The image is served from this site; adding it requires no script on your website.
